Being critiqued by Blogger Jed Diallo vs DSK

Jed Resnick's comment to my post commentary regarding Andrea Peyser's article, "Glammed Up DSK

Accuser Suggests Case is About Race." (7/29/2011):

The Bronx’s Theodore Miraldi writes to tell Mandrea how brilliant her character assassination of Nafissatou Diallo was on Friday. “These would-be scammers would like our justice system to play by their rules, in which race is always a factor.” And by “would-be scammers,” he means “mud people.”

This is a case of a jackass putting words into other people's mouths. His assumption of my commentary is

that by associating my meaning with a racial slur(mud people)  renders my assessment as bias. This is the

unfortunate dynamic of would be analysts commenting on sensitive issues that many of us take seriously.

My commentary in NY POST:

THE ISSUE: Public appearances by the accuser in the rape case against Dominique Strauss-Kahn.

The case against Dominique Strauss-Kahn is now in the court of public opinion ("Glammed-Up DSK Accuser Suggests Case Is About Race," Andrea Peyser, July 29).

While Nafissatou Diallo's lawyer pushes for a big paycheck, DA Cy Vance's office must be diligent in its efforts to assure justice is served.

These would-be scammers would like our justice system to play by their rules, in which race is always a factor.

New York takes crimes against women very seriously.

If there were an ounce of truth to Diallo's attempted-rape charges, DSK would not be a free man.

One need only look at the cast of characters surrounding Diallo to understand what this is about.

Theodore Miraldi

As far as i can see by this attack, Jed Resnick also needs to use race to make his inflammatory remarks

gain traction with his flock, which i'll presume are all progressive liberals....

And, this is not the first time Resnick has tried to twist my words into a narrative that suits his dysfunctions.
