Supreme Court: a win for both sides...

The Supreme Court's decision on Arizona's tough immigration law SB1070

is a backhanded slap at Obama's arbitrary enforcement edict. Striking only the

3 clauses that contradict federal authority over immigration. In holding its enforcement

clause, the Supreme Court guaranteed that tracking down illegals in Arizona may

continue unless challenged again. Unfortunately, this politically motivated decision is

a win for both sides. Holder's immediate decision ordering Homeland Security to rescind

funding to Arizona's effort to enforcement agencies, is the kind of spiteful revenge this

administration prefers over cooperation.
