District Judge HALTS 3 Georgia Counties From ERASING Dominion Voting Machine DATA

Republican electors are seeking to inspect Dominion machines

Evie Fordham

A district judge on Sunday night blocked three Georgia counties from altering or erasing data on Dominion voting machines after Republican nominees to the Electoral College filed an emergency motion.

Judge Timothy C. Batten Sr.'s order applies to Dominion voting machines in Cobb, Gwinnett and Cherokee counties, which are clustered in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The order does not apply to Georgia's other 156 counties.

"After a general election and hand recount audit, Vice President [Joe] Biden was declared the winner of Georgia’s General Election for President by a margin of 12,670 votes on November 20, 2020," the plaintiffs wrote on Friday. "But the vote count certified by the Defendants on November 20 is wrong. Tens of thousands of votes counted toward Vice President Biden’s final tally were the product of illegality, and physical and computer-based fraud leading to 'outright ballot stuffing.'"

"Georgia's election process depends entirely on voting machines, tabulators and software purchased from Dominion Voting Systems Corporation ('Dominion') that was compromised. Computerized vote recording and tabulations are controlled by software programs that were designed to cheat, and which were open to human manipulation," the filing continued.

The elector nominees, who include conservative teen pundit C.J. Pearson, are seeking an order to allow them to inspect Dominion voting machines. They name Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, both Republicans, among the defendants.

"WE WILL STOP THE STEAL," Pearson tweeted on Monday.

Dominion countered that "allowing such forensic inspections would pose substantial security and proprietary/trade secret risks," Batten wrote.

Dominion has until Wednesday "to file a brief setting forth in detail the factual bases they have, if any, against allowing the three forensic inspections. The brief should be accompanied and supported by affidavit or other evidence, if appropriate," Batten ordered.

Batten's order comes as all eyes are on Georgia amid twin Senate runoff races and President Trump's criticism of Kemp and Raffensperger over the election, which he lost.

"Why won't Governor @BrianKempGA, the hapless Governor of Georgia, use his emergency powers, which can be easily done, to overrule his obstinate Secretary of State, and do a match of signatures on envelopes," Trump wrote on Twitter on Monday morning. "It will be a 'goldmine' of fraud, and we will easily WIN the state."

Michael Steel, a spokesman for Dominion, previously denied claims that vote cast through the company’s systems were at risk of being altered. He said it is physically impossible to alter votes in the system.

"Look, when a voter votes on a Dominion machine, they fill out a ballot on a touch screen. They are given a printed copy which they then give to a local election official for safekeeping. If any electronic interference had taken place, the tally reported electronically would not match the printed ballots. and in every case where we've looked at -- in Georgia, all across the country -- the printed ballot, the gold standard in election security, has matched the electronic tally," he said.

Trump’s campaign launched several lawsuits challenging the voting systems and processes in key battleground states including Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Google, Facebook and Twitter FIXED the Election for BIDEN Over Trump

Illustration on rigging the election by Alexander Hunter

While President Trump’s attorneys continue to challenge the validity of bizarre tallying, anyone interested in free and fair elections should consider the role of Big Tech.

Regardless of the extent of vote fraud, Google, Facebook and Twitter fixed the election for Joe Biden over President Trump. There should be no doubt in any honest observer’s mind.

Undercover operatives for Project Veritas caught a Google executive on camera last year boasting that only Google could prevent “the next Trump situation.”

Twitter blatantly kept the public from crucial information less than a month before the election by suspending The New York Post’s entire site over its blockbuster articles exposing the Biden family’s lucrative contracts in Ukraine and with Communist China.

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey admitted after the election that this probably wasn’t the right thing to do. Surveys indicate that enough voters to easily make a difference would not have chosen Mr. Biden if they had known about the colossal corruption. Thanks, Jack. We expect the Biden team will offer you an appropriate form of gratitude.

But something even more powerful in Silicon Valley was afoot than straightforward censorship.

For years, behavioral psychologist Robert Epstein has warned that Google, which accounts for more than 90% of Internet searches, can easily determine elections by adjusting algorithms to favor one party over the other. Given that most people see only the first few entries on a search, the rest might as well be invisible.

Google’s search algorithm can easily shift the voting preferences of undecided voters by 20 percent or more — up to 80 percent in some demographic groups — with virtually no one knowing they are being manipulated,” he wrote in 2015 in Politico Magazine, basing his calculations on experiments he conducted along with Ronald E. Robertson.

They showed how the Search Engine Manipulation Effect (SEME) works in a study published in the Aug. 4, 2015, edition of Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

After five experiments conducted with more than 4,500 participants in the United States and India, they concluded that SEME “can shift the voting preferences of undecided voters … and search ranking bias can be masked so that people show no awareness of the manipulation.”

In July 2019, Mr. Epstein, a Democrat with a Harvard Ph.D., warned Congress that this was a real threat to election integrity and that Google may have shifted 2.6 million votes to Hillary Clinton in 2016. He said that in the 2020 election, SEME could shift as many as 15 million votes from Mr. Trump to Mr. Biden.

On Nov. 24, Mr. Epstein told FOX News’ Tucker Carlson that he believed the SEME technique had cost Mr. Trump this time a “bare minimum” of at least 6 million votes. He said he had 733 field agents in three swing states — Arizona, Florida and North Carolina — and that his team recorded more than 500,000 “experiences,” such as voting reminders sent to some on Google but not to others.

“We found a period of days when the ‘vote’ reminder on Google’s home page was being sent only to liberals. Not one of our conservative field agents received a vote reminder during those days.” After he blew the whistle on this, he said, Google began sending the “vote” reminder to everyone.

But, recall that we had an unprecedented amount of early voting, with more than 100 million ballots cast before Election Day out of 156.8 million. The damage could already have been done.

On Oct. 31, Mr. Epstein told Tucker Carlson that “just based on the first 150,000 searches that we’ve looked at, and that’s about 1.5 million search results and over a million web pages, we’re finding very substantial pro-liberal bias in all 10 or at least nine out of 10 search results on the first page of Google search results – not on Bing or Yahoo, though.”

Vote manipulation using technology isn’t new. Rutherford B. Hayes, a Republican, won the 1876 presidential election over Democrat Samuel J. Tilden at least in part because of support from Western Union. At the time, Western Union had a virtual monopoly on communications and “the company did its best to assure that only positive news stories about Hayes appeared in newspapers nationwide,” Mr. Epstein wrote. “It also shared all the telegrams sent by his opponent’s campaign staff with Hayes’s staff.”

The election dragged on for weeks, with both sides charging vote fraud or voter suppression. In a retrospective article, The Washington Post’s Ronald G. Shafter wrote, “Much as President Trump is doing now, backers of Hayes, the governor of Ohio, charged the election was being stolen. The difference was that, unlike now, there was clear evidence of fraud and voter intimidation.”

“Unlike now.” Right.

One more thing. Not everyone responded to calls for unity after the divided Electoral Commission awarded the last 20 disputed votes, giving Hayes a 185-184 Electoral College victory four months after the election.

Angry Democrats, the forerunners of Black Lives Matter and Antifa, cried “Tilden or blood” and planned “to send a threatening and bellicose mob to the National Capital to see that the count is made according to their wishes,” reported an unnamed Washington newspaper.

Given Mr. Epstein’s calculations, the Election Night ballot dumps for Mr. Biden and the Democrats’ collusion with Big Media and Big Tech, we’re seeing the 21st-century equivalent of what Democrats in 1876 called the “stolen election.”

Did President Trump Spring a Trap on TREASONOUS Democrats on Election Night?

Definitely within the realm of possibility, given what is known about this creative president.

Paul Dowling

"I, DONALD J. TRUMP . . ., find that the ability of persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections . . . constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. ... I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with this threat."

President Trump, in his executive order of September 12, 2018, giving the pretext for the blocking of property and money transfers, without prior notification, belonging to persons who have dealt in foreign interference during the 2020 presidential election

Trump Knew All Along the Democrats Would Cheat

When President Trump became president in 2017, he knew that the Democrats were hell-bent on removing him from office. The Democrats tried endlessly to find skeletons in Trump's closet, as part of a Soviet-style harassment campaign, wherein a person, rather than a crime, is investigated. Stalinist Lavrenty Beria would have been proud; it was Beria who said, "Show me the man, and I'll find you the crime." The fact that Trump has survived so much character assassination and political scrutiny only goes to show how scrupulously honest Trump has been in his business and other dealings throughout his life.

Trump has known for a long while that, to finish his part in restoring America's free republic, he would have to deal with tremendous election fraud in his bid for re-election. In 2016, Trump enjoyed the element of surprise in that his overwhelming popularity was great enough to overcome the systemic fraud set in place to rig the election for Hillary Clinton. So certain were the complicit media of a win for Clinton that they predicted a 95% probability of her winning. But the same blunder — born of Democrat arrogance and overconfidence from years of triumphant cheating — would not occur a second time in 2020. The media would, during Trump's first term as president, embark on creating the illusion that the most popular president since Ronald Reagan was actually reviled. This Big Lie would be endlessly repeated, in hopes of making enough people believe a loss to Biden was in the cards for Trump.

Learning How the Sausage Is Made

In 2018, there was serious election fraud in Florida and in Arizona. Trump's team observed the cheating and learned from it in preparation for the 2020 presidential election cycle. Prior to the 2018 election, on September 12, Trump issued an "Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election." The importance of this Executive Order largely escaped notice during the 2018 election cycle, but it would loom ever larger as the 2020 election approached.

The fact that no major arrests seem to have been made, concerning the election fraud of 2018, indicates that many of the fraudsters may have received plea bargains in exchange for making the next round of electoral crimes so highly visible that the irregularities could not be missed. If arrests had been made back in 2018, the Democrats would simply have brought in new operatives to do their criminal bidding in 2020, which, in the long run, would not have helped President Trump. While this line of reasoning is speculative, to be sure, the actual election fraud perpetrated in 2020 against the president is unmistakable.

Does Trump Possess Proof of Widespread Cheating in the 2020 Election?

After the November 3 presidential election of 2020, a news story broke reporting the seizure of important computer servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Though the event is disputed, what occurred, according to the Gateway Pundit, was this: "[a] unit under the command of USEUCOM (i.e., United States European Command) did in fact conduct an operation to take control of computer servers. But these servers belong to the CIA. ... Such an operation would have been carried out with US law enforcement present to take custody of the evidence." The presence of federal agents of the court would guarantee a chain of legal custody for the servers that would render their data admissible before a judge.

Gina Haspel and Christopher Wray were supposedly not informed of the raid in advance, leaving the CIA and FBI heads necessarily blind to this action and, therefore, unable to interfere. This means that the CIA was certainly the target and that a law enforcement agency unrelated to the FBI, such as the U.S. Marshalls or the Secret Service, was likely used to take control of the evidence. The timely firing of Mark Esper prior to the raid would mean that the oppositional defense secretary was cut off from foreknowledge of the raid and, therefore, would have been unable to disrupt what was going to transpire.

Biden's Voter Fraud Was Predictable

As Bill and Ted may have characterized Biden's unrealistic vote totals on election night, "strange things are afoot at the Circle K." But these are strange things Biden himself brought up while speaking to former Obama staffers on Pod Save America on October 24, 2020, saying, "[W]e're in a situation where we have put together — and you guys did it for our...president Obama's...administration, before this — we have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics." Perhaps it would have been wise for the former vice president to have remained mum and in his basement that day, especially in light of his follow-up comment, while speaking to Michigan voters on November 1, 2020: "I don't need you to get me elected; I need you once I'm elected." Taken together, Biden's comments paint the picture of a candidate with no need of voters to get elected, instead relying on election fraud to win — the same plan, it would seem, that worked for Barack Obama.

Did Trump Set a Trap for Election Thieves?

The Millennium Report of November 6, 2020, opens, "Just as the Democrats had 4 years to come up with a plan to steal POTUS 2020, so did Team Trump to foil that convoluted scheme. ... Where to set the biggest traps was as easy as pie — Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia." This idea that Trump set up the Democrats with his executive order and sprang a trap on them on Election Night is definitely within the realm of possibility, given what is known about this creative president.

It is likely that Trump has known about Dominion Voting Systems for some time but has chosen not to interfere with enemies who were in the process of setting themselves up for their own destruction. Little did the Democrats suspect that their villainous strength — the ability to win elections by cheating — was about to become an eminently indictable weakness. Psalms 141:10 reads, "Let the wicked fall into their own nets, while I pass by in safety." It would appear likely that this is precisely what President Trump's motto has been during the presidential election of 2020.

BREAKING REPORT: Judge Patricia A. McCullough rules that PA preliminary ELECTION CERTIFICATION injunction was PROPERLY ISSUED and should be upheld.. "Additionally, Petitioners appear to have established a likelihood to succeed."

Pennsylvania trial court rules the 2020 election was likely unconstitutional in Pennsylvania, and that gives state legislators power to choose electors.

Here is a copy of Friday night’s ruling.
